WITH LEM TEC 4.0

On our machines, the LEM TEC 4.0 system follows three basic stepsthat can converge according to the requirements and circumstances of individual companies, allowing the various players to manage production according to their needs.

Remote control

LEM TEC 4.0 makes production control possible. Thanks to specific, user-friendly systems, a rapid exchange of data and information is created that can be viewed at any time from a smartphone, tablet or laptop. In this way, you will be able to manage and monitor production progress even off-site, remotely.

Constant production

Thanks to LEM TEC 4.0, operators are greatly facilitated even in unforeseen or emergency situations. Although far away from the machine, operators can be alerted to malfunctions or critical situations via their device (e.g. smartphone) and intervene in a timely manner, avoiding machine downtime and keeping production constant.

Preventive maintenance

Maintenance activities, with the support of LEM TEC 4.0, can be carried out in a preventive manner, through notifications (via tablet or smartphone) that alert the maintenance technician of the need for his intervention. This makes it possible to avoid sudden machine breakdowns, lengthen full operation and improve performance, with obvious advantages for the entire production.

Studied and designed for production management of our machines, LEM TEC 4.0 can interconnect several machines(even of different makes) and thus make it possible to manage entire departments, factories and/or production complexes.
