LEM TEC FLEXIBLE Transfer Machine
The LEM TEC TRANSFER TR machine is very suitable for processing large quantities of small / medium-sized parts or for processing large varieties of pieces in small batches, but sometimes the rigidity of a standard transfer can be a limit.
TR FLEX is the series of bar transfers developed by LEM TEC to be flexible, versatile and easy to set up. Next to this type of transfer we have also developed special transfer machines with horizontal axis.
The machining is carried out with a multi-spindle lathe which can be difficult to equip. Furthermore, with a lathe the machining must be carried out at low speed at the expense of the finishing. Moreover the part cannot be machined front and back automatically, but must be unloaded and resumed with another machine.
LEM TEC TRANSFER TR FLEX programming is quick and easy thanks to the CN control. For each working station, a different machining on the piece is possible to obtain and at the same time any machining on another side of the item is carried out in a “hidden” time. There is no longer the need to collect the the item because it will be moving from station to station, and will be subjected to all the processes. In the end, the machine will provide you with a finished product.

The TR FLEX machine updates with your activity, day after day: this is what makes it “flexible” over time. This is a solution that adapts to changes, to the order, the detail to be machined, the surface finish and, in general, the the last minute’s request. Furthermore, TR FLEX can be easily integrated with other activities or production phases and allows the sale on demand, thanks to the integrated turn-around device.

TR FLEX allows quick and easy changeover, despite the high production properties. This means: flexibility in daily planning; unexepected operations / any quantitative surplus can be managed in the best possible way; rapid tooling change. The machine also makes it possible to work unattended shifts through the automatic loading of the bar.
