Al analizar las operaciones realizadas por el operador, notamos que eran efectivamente excesivas para garantizar la necesaria eficiencia productiva. <\/p>\n<p><strong>SOLUCI\u00d3N 1<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, acordamos con el cliente sustituir la carga manual por una carga y descarga autom\u00e1tica (<em>pick and place<\/em>). Adem\u00e1s &nbsp;, se instal\u00f3 un almac\u00e9n rotativo para permitir al operador realizar actividades de ajuste en las piezas.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>SOLUCI\u00d3N 2<\/strong>. Otra soluci\u00f3n adoptada, pero en un contexto diferente, fue dotar a 2 m\u00e1quinas cercanas &nbsp;con 2 cargadores.
