Analizzando le operazioni svolte dall&#8217;operatore, abbiamo notato che erano effettivamente eccessive per garantire la necessaria efficienza produttiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOLUZIONE 1<\/strong>. Abbiamo quindi concordato con il cliente di sostituire il carico manuale con un carico e scarico automatico (<em>pick and place<\/em>). E&#8217; stato inoltre&nbsp; collocato un magazzino rotante per permettere all&#8217;operatore di svolgere attivit\u00e0 di aggiustaggio sui pezzi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOLUZIONE 2.<\/strong> Altra solution adottata, ma in un altro contesto, \u00e8 stata quella di dotare 2 macchine vicine di&nbsp; n 2 caricatori. Ci\u00f2 ha reso&nbsp; possibile alla persona addetta alla macchina di poter lavorare contemporaneamente su 2 stazioni.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTOMAZIONE CARICO Capacit\u00e0 problem solving RICHIESTA.
