Once the general project of your machine has been accepted, you will receive a detailed economic proposal. Our Technical Department will subsequently develop the machine in detail and we will still be able to make some small changes. The design will of course be in 3D and you can possibly preview the design of your machine.
A scheduled activity will then be created and you can follow the progress of your machine through our SAL (Work Progress Status). We will then move on to the phase that involves the construction of the machine in its various parts, starting with the construction of the electrical panels, software development, the mechanical processing of components, the assembly of mechanical parts.
There will then be the phase from CE approval, that of the ignition or start-up of the machine which takes place at the LEM TEC headquarters and which represents an important moment since at that point we have almost crossed our finish line.
Almost as the final part is represented by the delivery of the machine and the automated integration with the logistic system of the factory or with the supply network and / or with other machines of the production cycle, the last step to classify your machine 4.0. Again, if necessary, we can advise you on how to best follow this final procedure.
