Unser Technisches B\u00fcro hat daher eine Maschine entwickelt, die das Stossen <strong>der Teile in horizontaler Posit<\/strong><strong>ion<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht. Dabei wird ein <strong>Recess-Kopf<\/strong> auf einer Schlitteneinheit mit Achsenvorschub \u00fcber eine Kugelgewindespindel verwendet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOMPETENZ.<\/strong> KOMPETENZ. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung bei der Entwicklung dieser Stossmaschine war die Konstruktion eines Sp\u00e4neabf\u00fchrsystems, das eine Besch\u00e4digung des Werkzeugs verhindert. Dieses Problem haben wir erfolgreich gel\u00f6st.
