Die Maschine sollte auch Bohr- und Gewindeschneideroperationen durchf\u00fchren. Konkret wurde verlangt, 7 mm Material mit einem Fr\u00e4ser mit einem Durchmesser von 100 mm abzutragen und das Werkst\u00fcck in der Maschine zu drehen, ohne es auf eine andere Maschine f\u00fcr die weiteren Bearbeitungen zu verschieben.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00d6SUNG<\/strong>: Aufgrund der Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit des Gie\u00dfform des Pumpengeh\u00e4uses mussten wir eine extreme Steifigkeit der Maschine gew\u00e4hrleisten und eine sehr spezielle Spannvorrichtung entwickeln. Verst\u00e4rkungen und Hydraulikzylinder wurden in die Spannvorrichtung &nbsp; integriert, um Vibrationen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren und eine ausgezeichnete Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t zu garantieren. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WEITERE ANFORDERUNG:<\/strong> &nbsp; Probleme mit der \u00dcbertragung an der Fr\u00e4skopf l\u00f6sen: Bei Standard-Transfermaschinen montiert, hielten die \u00dcbertragungen trotz ihrer Helixform und Hartverchromung nicht l\u00e4nger als 5-6 Monate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00d6SUNG<\/strong>: Um das Problem zu l\u00f6sen, haben wir den Fr\u00e4skopf neu gestaltet (diesmal die Maschinenabmessungen ber\u00fccksichtigend), das Modul der \u00dcbertragungen erh\u00f6ht und das Schmierfett ersetzt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FR\u00c4SEN Spezialmaschinen SPEZIFISCHER ANFORDERUNG: &nbsp; Das Projekt der MULTIZENTRUM-Maschine verlangte eine Reduzierung der Fr\u00e4szeiten an einem Pumpengeh\u00e4use aus Gusseisen und Edelstahl.
